Who processes your data

Made-to-measure enquiries are passed to Stolarija Grozdanović so it can respond and prepare a quote. The workshop handles the agreement, production, installation and invoicing. Modulos handles enquiries about Modulos products.
What we collect
We collect the information you enter in the form: your name and contact details, project location, needs, dimensions, preferred timing, budget if provided, selected examples, links, notes and uploaded files.
Essential technical data, such as request information and network address, are also processed to operate and protect the service. Please avoid including personal data in attachments unless it is needed to understand your project.
Purpose and basis for processing
We use your information to answer your enquiry, clarify requirements, prepare a quote and communicate about the project. Processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract or meet legal obligations.
We rely on our legitimate interest in securely operating the service to protect the website and prevent abuse. Optional AI assistance is started separately with your explicit consent. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Saved drafts and files
The unfinished enquiry, current step and attachment references are stored in this browser on this device for 30 days. You can resume after refreshing or choose “Reset enquiry”. Clearing your browser data also removes the locally saved draft.
Files are uploaded when added to the enquiry, before final submission. They are held in private object storage. You can remove draft attachments through the form. Draft management access lasts 30 days; unsubmitted files have an automatic expiry period of 45 days.
Submitting sends the enquiry and attachment links to the responsible team by email. Resetting the local draft does not delete previously sent emails or submitted attachments. For access or deletion, contact hello@modulos.hr.
Optional AI assistance
If you start the additional AI review, your project description and selected attachment and reference content are sent to OpenAI to generate a summary and follow-up questions. Separate name, email and phone fields are excluded from that request, but personal data may be present in text or files you provide.
You can skip AI assistance and submit without it. Generated suggestions are not a project decision or a final quote; you can review and correct them.
Recipients and security
Access is limited to the people responding to your enquiry and preparing the project, and technical providers needed for hosting, file storage and email. We use Scaleway for object storage and OpenAI for optional AI assistance. We do not sell your data.
Data is transferred using encrypted HTTPS connections. Attachment links are intended for handling your enquiry; do not share them publicly. For information about service providers and data processing, contact hello@modulos.hr.
Retention
Submitted enquiries and their attachments are retained as needed to respond, prepare and follow up on the project and meet legal obligations. Contract and invoice records are retained for the applicable statutory periods.
The 30-day local draft period does not apply to submitted enquiries. For information about a specific enquiry or a deletion request, contact hello@modulos.hr.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send requests to hello@modulos.hr. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, in Croatia the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Local storage and external websites
We use local storage to preserve unfinished enquiries and session storage for reminder behaviour. You can manage them in your browser settings.
Links to Instagram, Facebook and other websites open services operated by their providers and governed by their privacy policies. This website does not use customer accounts, a shopping cart or card payments.
