Products are ordered through the web shop at www.modulos.hr. Depending on the product, it is shipped from stock or custom-made.
The ordered product will be shipped in 2-6 weeks. If there are circumstances that would make this period longer, the buyer will be informed of this during the purchase process as well as by email within 5 working days after the order is placed.
The buyer is required to check any irregularities when receiving the product and immediately inform the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to take over the package showing any external damage.
Payment is made after the order has been completed according to the information provided on the screen or in the email message received after the order has been completed. Depending on the order, it is possible to pay part of the amount in advance and part upon the order delivery.
If the Buyer finds irregularities or deviations from the specifications of the product upon receipt of the ordered item, the Buyer has a right of complaint within 14 days after receiving the ordered product.
All content published on www.modulos.hr is owned by Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd.. and may only be used for private and non-commercial purposes and may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise distributed without the written consent of Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd.

Company Modulos Furniture Systems Company Ltd. based in Zagreb owns the website www.modulos.hr.
Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd. nor any third party associated with it cannot in any way guarantee the accuracy, reliability or contents of any information, services or goods provided through these websites.
The User agrees and confirms that Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd. is not responsible for the inappropriate or unlawful conduct of other users or third parties and that the risk of possible damage resulting from the above is entirely up to the user. The Statement of Liability applies to any damage caused by any error, deletion, interruption, computer virus, malfunction, delay in operation or transmission, interruption in communication line, theft, destruction or unauthorized access, alteration or misuse of records, inappropriate behavior, negligence, or any other action.
Users may not post, transmit or make available in any way material that violates the rights of others, such as content that is offensive, defamatory, infringing or compromising privacy, etc., or materials containing illegal content and form.
The contents on the website www.modulos.hr are owned by Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd. and as such are protected by law, or used in accordance with the approval of the copyright and trademark holders, as well as in accordance with other necessary authorizations. It is prohibited to copy, transmit, distribute, link, publish or in any way modify these websites without the written permission of Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd. Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd. may terminate its business relationship with the user at any time and reserve the right to terminate users’ user accounts immediately in the event of user behaviour that Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd.. considers unacceptable.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or in connection with their implementation shall be within the jurisdiction of the Court of Zagreb and shall be settled in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
Terms of Purchase
Terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and return, or complaint of goods offered on modulos.hr web site. By ordering products from modulos.hr, the buyer accepts the currently valid purchase conditions as outlined below. Modulos.hr reserves the right to change the terms of the purchase and is not responsible for the grammatical and other errors that may occur in the product description.
Products are ordered through the web shop at www.modulos.hr. Depending on the product, products are shipped from stock or custom-made. If the product is not custom-made and is not in stock, we will inform the customer in due time via the e-mail address provided to us during the ordering process.
The ordered product will be shipped in 2-6 weeks. If there are circumstances that would make this period longer, the buyer will be informed of this during the purchase process as well as by email within 5 working days after the order is placed. If the buyer is not informed within the given time and the production process lasts longer than 2-6 weeks, the buyer has the right to cancel the order and get refund of the advance payment.
Delivery and Complaints
When shipped for delivery, the products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the regular handling in the transport. The buyer is required to check any irregularities when receiving the product and immediately inform the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to take over the package showing any external damage. If the damage is not visible from the outside and some or all of the contents of the package are damaged / broken, please take photos of the following:
- Photo of the outer packaging
- Photo of the inner padding and packaging arrangement
- Photo of damaged / broken package contents
Those 3 photos have to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of the damage and the order number within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package in order to be compensated.
Depending on the ordered item (dimensions, complexity of the product, the need for assembly service), the product(s) will be delivered to the Buyer by courier, or Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd. own delivery service.
Payment is made after the order has been completed according to the information provided on the screen or in the email message received after the order has been completed. Depending on the order, it is possible to pay part of the amount in advance and part upon delivery of the order. This option will also be communicated on screen or in an email message received placing the order.
Payment can be made at the bank, post office or online banking. The order is confirmed after the payment is visible in our account, which is usually within one business day after the payment.
Using credit/debit cards
Payment is made online using one of the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard®, Maestro® ili Visa.
All payments will be affected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
Creditcard purchase security statement
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
Modulos Furniture Systems Ltd. offers products that are custom-made for the Buyer upon receipt and confirmation of the order. Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time prior to the payment of the amount and placing the order in the production process. Once the order has been placed in the production process, given that the product was made to the customer’s specifications, it is not possible to cancel the order.
If upon receipt of the ordered product the Buyer finds irregularities or deviations from the specifications of the product, the Buyer has a right of complaint within 14 days after receipt of the ordered product. If the Buyer does not send a written notice to the delivered goods within 14 days after the receipt of the goods, the goods are deemed to have been properly delivered and you are satisfied with the product.
The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about the complaint in writing or by e-mail sent to email@example.com.
In the event of a complaint, the Seller will contact the Buyer no later than 10 working days from receipt of the complaint and begin the procedure of confirmation of the complaint and repair or compensation of damage to the Buyer.
From 15 February 2016 across the EU, EU-specific legislation made it possible to resolve disputes related to online shopping through the ODR platform, which you can access here. This means that if you encounter a problem while shopping online within the EU, you can file your complaint in a quicker and easier way at the link above.
